KARGIL VIJAY DIWAS

A special assembly was conducted on Kargil Vijay diwas ,26 July 2023.The assembly was done by students of class 9 D. Students paid tribute to all the soldiers in our country.

Thanmaya sol of class 8c who won the state award for best child artist was also given a momento in the assembly.

The house captains of all the houses had a meeting at the auditorium. The meeting was arranged by the vice principal to make discussions about school annual athletic meet.

Love from class 2 students

When I went for substitution in second standard, students showed their love by drawing my pictures and writing letters.

Lunar Day celebration @GMGHSS Pattom

Science club inauguration and an exhibition was conducted by high school students as part of Lunar day. The inauguration of the program was done by a scientist from VSSC.

Reflection session on Teaching Practice

A reflection session on second phase school internship program was conducted at GCTE on 16th July 2023. All students of 2nd year B.Ed participated in the session and shared their experiences.

INNOVATIVE LESSON PLAN

I made an innovative lesson plan on the topic Atom Models for class 9. The innovation in the lesson plan was that I presented the topic in the form of role play. I selected 7 students from the class and explained to them about the play. Then I gave them the dialogues to be presented. Finally students were able to know about the story of atom through this role play. 

The lesson plan I prepared for this is as follows:

Serving food for students as part of mid day meal programme

Pluckcards made by students of class 8 B as part of an activity given in unit 2. Motion of basic science textbook.
